As children, we all have our favorite TV shows. For me, I was always captivated by animals, sea creatures, insects, and nature. Instead of watching cartoons, I found myself drawn to Animal Planet and the Discovery Channel. As I watched, my imagination would run wild, envisioning the kinds of worlds I could create through painting.

Another cherished childhood memory of mine is riding on swings. Whenever I visited a park, the swings were always my first destination. To me, they represented pure fun and excitement.

In this painting, I chose to revisit one of my earliest childhood imaginings—what could be more magical than swinging alongside a seahorse drifting through the air? As an artist, I allow my mind to travel to different places when I paint or draw. During difficult times, I find comfort in envisioning my next creation. At the moment I painted this piece, I couldn’t help but return to my childhood, recalling those TV shows and bringing one of my daydreams to life.
