As an artist open for commissions, I really enjoyed creating this painting. The film case symbolizes a photographer I recently met—one of the best clients I’ve had. She has a deep love for monarch butterflies, so I wanted to incorporate a surreal twist into the piece. I added a hummingbird, a banner, and a rose stem to the background to enhance the dreamlike feel. The phrase “Photo Time” felt like the perfect touch, capturing what a photographer might say to their next client.
